This receiver picks up audio signals from the loop through walkman-type headphones (not supplied) so that those with normal hearing can check that the induction loop system is working correctly.  Uses 2 x AAA batteries (not supplied).

Used to test and calibrate an induction loop system in conjunction with a Magnetic Field Strength Meter.  It can be connected to the line level input of the induction loop amplifier.  Has a fixed level output of around 300mV rms and a crest factor of 4:1.  Uses a 9V PP3 bettery (not supplied).
